Whereas many insurance agents are great while making a sale, it's only when you make a claim that you can find out who stands behind you and what level of efforts will they put in to help you. When I selected Kurt, other than his 5 star reviews I had no direct experience with him. Having worked with his agency for over 2 years, I just had to file a claim. Like many claims, there were some minor challenges along the way. That's when I figured out how important having a great agent is. The moment I would reach out to Kurt and his team, they would immediately get on it. They would call me routinely, keeping me informed on status, escalate within State Farm as required, until they got me the responses I needed. They have been absolutely amazing to deal with, and have jumped in a number of times right away to help me navigate the insurance company. I cannot recommend them more strongly! They are good, honest folks working there who truly care about client satisfaction.
